Ms Pang obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics and Business and Master of Arts in Economics from York University (Canada).

Ms Pang is a lecturer teaching Introduction to Microeconomics. She joined HKCC in August 2002 from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University where she was a research assistant on the projects "Sino-foreign business ethics" and "Entrepreneurship in China". Between August 2002 and December 2006, Ms Pang was a college lecturer at HKCC where she lectured Economics and a number of business subjects such as Financial Management, Quantitative Methods and Business Statistics. In addition, she was in charge of Learning to Learn Workshop Series which help students learn how to judge themselves and be more self reflective. She had been a member of the orientation team for freshmen and served for the Mentorship Programme and the Learning and Teaching Quality Committee. In March 2006, Ms Pang then joined The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, where she was a learning and development manager and responsible for training programme development mainly in the area of financial planning. Having more interest in teaching and student development, she rejoined HKCC in August 2008.

During her leisure time, Ms Pang loves watching movies, reading and traveling.
