Dr Lancy Tsang Wing-sze was a graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University where she completed her Higher Diploma in Hotel Catering Management, Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management, Master’s Degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Hotel & Tourism Management. Dr Tsang also received her second Master's Degree - in Global Business - from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a member of the Institute of Hospitality (MIH).

Dr Tsang has worked for different catering companies, hotels, clubhouses and the Walt Disney World in Florida of U.S.A. She has extensive work experience in franchising and business development, restaurant services and operations, customer services as well as sales and marketing.
