Dr June Fung obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Catering Management with first-class honours and Master of Philosophy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She was further awarded the Master of Business (with Distinction) and Doctor of Business Administration by The University of Newcastle, Australia.

Prior to her teaching journey, Dr Fung gained managerial experience in the retail and hospitality sectors. With 15 years of teaching experience, Dr Fung has taught at the tertiary level in business related subjects for various institutions in Hong Kong. She was the subject leader for several business and hospitality modules. As a programme leader, she successfully developed and managed popular programmes in inflight services, hotel operations, marketing and management.

Dr Fung started her teaching career at CPCE as a visiting lecturer, teaching statistics and economics. With her interests and passion for teaching, she joined the College as a lecturer in 2019, responsible for teaching economics related subjects.
