Dr K K Chow acquired his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy specialising in fluid dynamics and acoustics from The University of Hong Kong.

Dr Chow accumulated extensive teaching experience in tertiary education before joining HKCC.  He is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers. His research interests lie in the areas of fluid dynamics, acoustics, and environmental science.
