Dr William Leung received his Doctor of Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2014. His research interests include consumer behavior, global supply chain management, cross cultural management, Chinese culture and relationship marketing.
Dr Leung has over 20 years' business development experience in the apparel and retail industry. With increasing responsibilities in senior management of Freudenberg Nonwovens, Tajima Embroidery Machinery, Avery Dennison Retail Information Services, and Tyco Plastics, Dr Leung was promoted to be the senior vice president of SML Group in 2007.
Dr Leung entered the field of education by teaching strategic management and Chinese culture in several tertiary institutions on a part-time basis from 2002. He joined HKCC in 2008 and serves as the subject leader of Marketing in China and Chinese Political and Legal System up to now.
Dr Leung is actively involved in youth development of Hong Kong Rugby Union by coaching schools and leading teams for overseas rugby tournaments. He enjoys coaching and teaching to promote the whole person development of young people.
