Dr Deborah Tse has obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia in Canada, MSc in Hotel and Tourism Management and Doctor of Hotel and Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Prior to joining CPCE, Dr Tse had extensive experience in organising international conferences and exhibitions in Hong Kong. Her research interests include consumer behaviour and consumption experience (in tourism and hospitality management), diversity and inclusion, smart tourism, and cultural tourism.
