Dr Hester Chow Yuk-ting holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in International Shipping and Transport Logistics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. A year later, Dr Chow received his Master of Arts in Operations and Supply Chain Management with Distinction from the City University of Hong Kong. He then obtained his Doctor of Education from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

 

Dr Chow's research interests lie in learning and teaching in higher education and operational research. His research works have been published in peer-reviewed journals, conferences and professional magazines. He has solid work experience in the telecom industry. He joined this institution as he would like to teach and share his knowledge with students. He now teaches subjects in the areas of Logistics and Marketing.

 

Dr Chow is actively involved in a number of youth development activities inside and outside the College. He is an advisor of the Rotaract Club of HKCC Students' Union, an honorary advisor of the Hong Kong Joint School Economics Association, and also a qualified squash coach for school / elementary players.
